The day of the PVS President’s Mystery Drive Out #2 started with blue skies but as the club members gathered at the Depot Marketplace in Prescott things changed rapidly - monsoon rain..

Following a short delay the rains let up and the Photo Scavenger Hunt was on.

We visited one of two statues in the Yavapai County Courthouse Plaza, headed to Goldwater Lake to take a photo and then to Acker Park for another. Being a “classy bunch” we also pictured our Vettes before the Yavapai College Performing Arts Center before heading over to Fair Street and visiting the Big Johnson. From there it was a tour on the new Willow Creek Road alignment, around the Deep Well Ranch roundabout and over to Ruger Road for a photo in front of the CTEC facility. From there it was a short reversal back to Highway 89 and north to Chino Valley.

The Prescott Vette Sette is a social organization and as such no outing would be complete without food and drink. We enjoyed the balance of the evening at the Bonn Fire Restaurant in Chino Valley. In all 18 members enjoyed the day and activities.
